VERA is a self-service portal that allows visitors to schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments. Once you schedule an appointment, you'll receive an email confirmation.
Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, excluding federal holidays.
