Roseburg VA Medical Center—Building 1, Room D106, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Eugene VA Health Care Center—Room 1A003, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
North Bend VA Clinic—Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Brookings VA Clinic—2nd Wednesday of each month, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. (as available)
